Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist at OMQ will drive brand awareness and support sales by creating and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and deliver engaging digital content for premium event solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns aligned with OMQ’s corporate identity and agreed objectives.
• Implement and monitor the monthly marketing plan, ensuring timelines are met.
• Organise promotional activities for major events and exhibitions in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Manage, update, and monitor content across all digital platforms.
• Track advertising performance across media and produce monthly analytical reports.
• Coordinate field‑based promotional activities and partner‑related initiatives.
• Align marketing messaging with Business Development proposals.
• Monitor competitors and market trends, suggesting improvements to messaging, media, or plans.
• Maintain and update the marketing materials database.
• Support event documentation by liaising with photographers and content producers.
• Perform basic PR tasks such as drafting press releases and publishing event news.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience in the events, agency or services sector.
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing principles.
• Ability to write engaging marketing content and collaborate with design teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and scheduling tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite.
• Proficiency with analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
