Marketing Specialist

About the role

Perfect Dish, a growing Saudi food & beverage group, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive the marketing operations of its multiple brands in Riyadh. You will manage brand identities, create engaging content, and lead campaigns that boost growth and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily Instagram and TikTok accounts for each brand.
• Plan and execute weekly content calendars independently for each brand.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and freelance creators.
• Own product launch campaigns from concept through execution and measurement.
• Support the launch of a new brand during its opening months.
• Maintain and grow existing brand followings and engagement.
• Manage paid advertising on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Collaborate with influencers and food bloggers for product features.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics for each brand.
• Work closely with the Operations team on new product launches and seasonal offerings.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on marketing experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in F&B, café, or lifestyle brands.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi F&B scene and audience behavior.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Available to start within 15 days.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok business tools.
• Basic photography and video shooting.
• Experience using Canva and CapCut for content creation.
