About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Riyadh team and drive high‑impact digital campaigns. The role focuses on creating engaging content, managing paid media, and optimizing performance to achieve measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Develop and maintain the company’s content calendar.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Implement SEO best practices to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
• Collaborate with designers, sales, and operations teams to deliver successful campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
• Support brand awareness initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
• Generate innovative ideas to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Excellent creative writing and copywriting abilities.
• Good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with AI‑powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
