Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist who is passionate about coffee and can drive both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives across multiple branches. The role combines market research, creative campaign development, and operational support to enhance product visibility and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand consumer habits, requirements, and trends.
• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns for various channels.
• Lead and coordinate marketing activities across all branch locations.
• Identify and leverage effective promotional channels, both online and offline.
• Audit branch displays and customer service standards to ensure brand consistency.
• Gather feedback and improve products based on customer insights.
• Support outbound and inbound marketing efforts, including social media management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in social media marketing.
• Excellent written English and strong communication abilities.
• Highly creative, autonomous, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP.
• Experience using task management tools.
• Competence in Google Drive for collaboration.
• Social media platform management.
