Marketing Specialist

About the role

Segadty, a leading Saudi Arabian brand in carpets, prayer mats and expanding into outdoor gear and office essentials, is looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven and creative Marketing Specialist to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic digital campaigns across platforms such as Snapchat, Meta and Google.
• Manage tasks and workflows using ClickUp, Notion or Asana.
• Lead creative direction, content calendars and asset planning with in‑house designers and copywriters.
• Coordinate with performance marketers and ensure campaign readiness on Zid and Salla stores, including inventory, pricing, UX and discount codes.
• Analyse insights with GA4, Hotjar and Clarity and turn them into actionable improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and optimise conversion rates, engagement and sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a team‑lead or supervisory role.
• Prior experience in the retail sector managing an e‑commerce store, either in‑house or agency side.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e‑commerce platforms and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with proven use of analytics tools.
