About the role
Eram Talent is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, working on site in the E-ADM department. The role develops and implements targeted marketing strategies to increase the visibility of the company's recruitment services, working closely with the business development team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in recruitment or related industries in Saudi Arabia
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia with experience in recruitment or staffing companies
- Candidates with specific Saudi Arabia experience are highly preferred
Required skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and turn it into actionable insights
- Understanding of digital platforms and tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail, teamwork and good organizational skills
