Marketing Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Team Lead to drive our digital marketing initiatives and lead a talented team. The role involves creating engaging content, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, and ensuring marketing objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and create engaging marketing content for digital platforms.
• Plan, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Lead, coordinate and assign tasks to the marketing team while monitoring performance.
• Manage customer relationships using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM and HubSpot.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Utilize Google Analytics and Looker Studio to evaluate campaign results and optimize ROI.
• Monitor campaign budgets, measure return on ad spend and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing management systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
