Mechanical Engineer – 3D Design & CAD

About the role

Join LG Electronics in Saudi Arabia as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on the development and optimisation of 3D mechanical designs. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise 3D designs for mechanical components and systems using AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
• Review and interpret technical specifications to ensure design accuracy and functionality.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports, drawings and calculations using Excel.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality and other teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering best practices and quality requirements.
• Conduct equipment and system inspections, providing technical support and recommendations for reliability improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
