Mechanical Engineer – Building Services (Saudi National)

About the role

Cundall is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its Building Services team in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering innovative, energy‑efficient mechanical design solutions for high‑profile projects across the MENA region while supporting the company’s zero‑carbon design ambition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate mechanical design packages for commercial and institutional buildings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local engineering partners to ensure technically excellent, profitable project delivery.
• Manage and mentor junior specialist engineers within the project team.
• Maintain and grow client relationships to secure repeat business.
• Contribute to sustainability analyses and zero‑carbon design strategies.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in building services engineering.
• Strong interest in sustainable design and energy‑efficient solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
