Mechanical Engineer – HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing Inspection

About the role

SnagProperty KSA is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join its inspection team in Riyadh. The role focuses on inspecting and ensuring the quality of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and other mechanical systems throughout the property lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and mechanical installations on construction sites.
• Identify defects, manage snagging and de‑snagging activities, and track corrective actions.
• Review design drawings, testing & commissioning (T&C) procedures, and technical documentation.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction, MEP, site supervision, or testing & commissioning.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
• Experience in snagging and T&C processes is a plus.
