About the role
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/HVAC Engineer to manage and oversee mechanical and HVAC systems within a hospital environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise operation and maintenance of chillers, AHUs, pumps, plumbing, steam/boilers and medical gas plants.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and control temperature, humidity, and pressure regimes.
- Support infection‑control requirements for HVAC systems, including OR, ICU and isolation‑room ventilation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience with hospital HVAC and mechanical systems.
Required skills
- Hospital HVAC design and operation (OR/ICU/Isolation ventilation).
- Pressure cascades and HEPA filtration.
- Chilled‑water plants, steam/boiler systems, and medical gas systems.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE 170, HTM/NFPA 99, CBAHI and JCI standards.
