About the role

Modern Methods Center is seeking an experienced Medical Director to lead its medical operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role involves strategic oversight of clinical services, ensuring high‑quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with Saudi healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee medical operations and clinical services within the center.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of the medical team.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, quality standards, and patient safety requirements.
• Coordinate communication between the medical team and senior management.
• Maintain adherence to applicable healthcare regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the medical field.
• Previous experience in medical management or clinical supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid professional classification and license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
