About the role

The Medical Equipment Sterilization Technician ensures that all surgical and medical instruments are properly decontaminated, assembled, and ready for use, protecting patients from infection. This position works within a hospital environment, following strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Decontaminate surgical and medical instruments and operating areas.
• Assemble and test medical equipment, performing routine quality‑control checks.
• Maintain accurate sterilization records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage equipment inventory, restock supplies, and organize instrument sets for timely physician access.
• Support additional duties assigned by the manager based on business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology, biology, biochemistry or a related field.
• Certificate authorized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Fresh graduate status; willingness to learn on the job.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
