Medical Quality Specialist

About the role

The Medical Quality Specialist will support the implementation and continuous improvement of medical quality initiatives within the organization. Working closely with the quality team, you will help ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards, accreditation requirements, and patient safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in revising and updating policies, procedures, clinical pathways, guidelines, and protocols with the latest scientific evidence.
• Support accreditation preparation, maintenance, and outcome reporting.
• Initiate and manage performance improvement projects across departments.
• Participate in audits related to quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, clinical governance, and patient experience.
• Develop, educate, implement, benchmark, and monitor quality indicators according to defined frequencies.
• Help address findings from compliance surveys and regulatory authority observations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards and accreditation processes.
• Experience in drafting and updating clinical documentation and guidelines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
