About the role
The Medical Representative will act as the link between Hikma and healthcare professionals in Dammam. The role focuses on increasing awareness and usage of Hikma’s pharmaceutical and medical products through targeted sales and marketing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a defined portfolio of Hikma products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships, organize appointments and events to drive product prescriptions and dispensing.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of sales targets, activities, and performance metrics.
- Prospect new customers, keep efficient customer lists, and ensure proper product availability across the territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and market feedback to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare timely sales reports, planning documents, and feedback for the supervisor/manager.
Required profile
- B.S. in Pharmacy.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.
