Medical Representative – Eastern Region (Dammam, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Servier’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, focusing on Dammam. You will build relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other stakeholders to increase product awareness and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the assigned territory.
• Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and proper usage of the company’s products.
• Identify and target new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Organize and attend medical conferences, product presentations, and training sessions.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Driver’s license and personal transportation.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
