Medical Representative – Eastern Region (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Servier’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, building product awareness and strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Educate doctors and pharmacists on product benefits and proper usage.
• Identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Organise and attend medical conferences, product presentations and training sessions.
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medicine.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Driver’s licence and personal transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
