Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Opella is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive sales and market share of its products in the Jeddah area. You will work closely with the District Manager and Sales Manager to promote Opella’s portfolio, support new hires, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Opella products to pharmacies and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular pharmacy visits to monitor product availability and movement.
• Introduce new products and use sales techniques and operational tools to achieve sales objectives.
• Supply accurate medical information to healthcare professionals while adhering to professional ethics.
• Identify target doctors, manage sales promotions, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop weekly and monthly visit plans in line with internal sales systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product and competition knowledge to build professional relationships.
• Update doctor cards, implement customer profiling, and communicate market feedback to the line manager.
• Support knowledge transfer to new hires and implement territory coverage plans.
• Utilize company resources effectively and maintain compliance with the internal Code of Ethics.

Required profile

• Ability to promote Opella products and conduct regular pharmacy visits.
• Capability to introduce new products and use sales techniques to meet targets.
• Strong knowledge of medical information and ethical standards.
• Experience in developing visit plans and maintaining product knowledge.
• Commitment to compliance with company policies and ethical guidelines.
