MIS / Data Analysis Coordinator

About the role

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition consultancy, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS / Data Analysis Coordinator based in Dhahran. The role covers managing Management Information Systems, analysing data and producing reports that support strategic decisions. It involves collecting, processing and validating data, building automated reports and working with several departments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate reports to track progress and inform decision-making
• Develop and implement plans supporting organisational objectives
• Monitor and track budgets to ensure financial accountability and transparency
• Coordinate and run YP training sessions, plan and execute events, and support the VP's office
• Prepare financial reports and give insights for data-driven decisions
• Analyse data to optimise processes and inform business choices
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
• Train and support teams on MIS and data analysis tools
• Help improve data collection procedures and systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Analysis, Data Science, Business Analytics or MIS
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science or business analytics
• Familiarity with data governance and data quality standards

Required skills

• MS Excel, SQL and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Database management and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage several priorities
