Mobile Access Operations Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Access Operations Professional to support the operation and maintenance of our mobile network in Riyadh. The role involves executing routine tests, monitoring service providers, and ensuring compliance with procedures and SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute specific tasks and routine tests on network systems following established procedures.
• Report any issues or variances from planned work promptly and accurately.
• Stay current with procedural changes to maintain required knowledge levels.
• Monitor and follow up with MNS service providers to repair faults and resolve network degradation or complaints within SLA.
• Perform a variety of planned routine tasks to gain familiarity with network operations and maintenance methods.
• Provide straightforward solutions to basic problems using clear references.
• Collect and evaluate data, raise issues, and suggest interventions based on observations.
• Assist senior engineers in developing project documentation as required.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by higher supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or an equivalent field from an accredited university.
