Mobile Core Operations Specialist Professional

About the role

The Mobile Core Operations Specialist ensures the continuous availability, optimal performance and reliability of Mobily's core network. This role coordinates maintenance, fault handling and vendor activities to meet service level agreements and support high‑traffic periods.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of core network elements to achieve availability targets.
• Manage outsourcing contracts, monitor vendor SLAs/KPIs and ensure quality service delivery.
• Lead fault management processes, including testing, diagnosis and rapid repair of network issues.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance activities and capacity studies, providing recommendations and reports.
• Guide network teams during peak seasons and promotional events to handle increased traffic.
• Lead testing of new features and acceptance of new network elements, ensuring no negative impact on performance.
• Maintain relationships with vendors to control operational costs and meet service objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field from an accredited university.
