Mobile Developer – Specialist (Android & iOS)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Developer Specialist to design, develop, and maintain high‑performing Android and iOS applications. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver end‑to‑end features and ensure a seamless, responsive user experience across devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android and iOS applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including designers and backend engineers, to deliver complete app features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following mobile development best practices.
• Implement responsive user interfaces and ensure exceptional UX across devices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
• Integrate APIs to connect the mobile app with backend services and data sources.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and continuously improve functionality and usability.
• Document code, design decisions, and application architecture for team reference.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience developing mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Java and Kotlin for Android development.
• Swift and Objective‑C for iOS development.
• Experience with mobile development frameworks and libraries.
• API integration and backend communication.
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Debugging and performance optimisation.
• Version control with Git.
