Mobile Financial Services Principal Professional

About the role

Mobily is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Mobile Financial Services division in Riyadh. You will shape policies, drive operational excellence, and launch new financial products that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Mobile Financial Services unit to meet organizational standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring high performance, target achievement, and a motivated workforce.
• Identify and define new mobile financial services based on the marketing plan.
• Create project plans, monitor milestones, budgets, and deliverables for efficient service development.
• Review technical and non‑technical requirements with digital and value‑added service teams.
• Validate solutions in coordination with CX, Technology, and IT, focusing on billing and customer‑care enhancements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by executive management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent field from an accredited university.
• Extensive experience in strategic and operational planning, project management, budgeting, and financial follow‑up.
• Strong background that combines banking and telecom/ICT experience.
