About the role

Aajil is a fast‑growing fintech that is reshaping B2B Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later for SMEs in construction and manufacturing. We need a hands‑on Multimedia Designer who can turn briefs into polished video and graphic assets quickly and consistently.

Key responsibilities

• Edit podcast episodes and short‑form video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create static graphics for LinkedIn posts, carousel ads, and employer‑branding materials.
• Maintain visual consistency across all outputs in line with Aajil’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on‑site to access and manage large production files efficiently.
• Deliver finished assets on tight turnaround timelines without sacrificing quality.

Required profile

• A portfolio that demonstrates real work in both video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (required).
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Ability to produce clean, consistent output with minimal direction.
• Fast work pace while maintaining high standards.
• English proficiency preferred, but strong talent can outweigh language gaps.
