About the role

Aajil, a fast‑growing fintech focused on B2B Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later solutions for construction and manufacturing SMEs, is looking for a Multimedia Designer to support its high‑velocity content production. You will work side‑by‑side with the existing design team, turning briefs into polished video and graphic assets that reinforce the brand across social and employer channels.

Key responsibilities

• Edit podcast episodes and short‑form video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create static graphics for LinkedIn posts, carousel ads, and employer‑branding materials.
• Maintain visual consistency in line with Aajil’s brand guidelines.
• Collaborate on‑site to manage large production files and ensure efficient workflow.
• Deliver final assets on tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work.
• Ability to produce clean, consistent output with minimal direction.
• Fast‑working mindset that does not cut corners.
• Strong English communication skills (preferred but not mandatory).
