Murex Production Support – Back Office

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Murex Production Support professional to join a leading bank’s Back Office team in Riyadh. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operation of Murex’s Back Office modules, handling confirmations, settlements and payment messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of the Back Office module for all products, including confirmations, settlement instructions and payment messages.
• Provide user support for validation, adaptation and daily BAU activities within the Murex application.
• Maintain static data, ensure migration readiness and support SIT/UAT phases, including documentation and scenario reviews.
• Handle minor change requests and new development tasks internally.
• Support reconciliations, Nostro accounts, corporate actions and coordinate with vendors for bug fixes and validations.
• Track deliverables, provide status updates and respond to ad‑hoc requests related to the Back Office stream.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of professional experience with Murex, specifically in Back Office production support.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and payment messaging standards.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) or higher.
• Senior‑level expertise with the ability to work independently and guide junior team members.
