M&V Project Engineer – Energy Efficiency

About the role

Tarshid, the National Energy Services Company, is looking for a motivated M&V Project Engineer to join its Measurement & Verification (M&V) team. You will support day‑to‑day M&V activities, analyse project data, and help deliver energy‑saving retrofits across government and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist project development by assessing baseline consumption and feasibility.
• Support the M&V consultant in baseline evaluation of bids and sub‑metering installation.
• Finalize DFS and ESPC documentation and other M&V‑related paperwork.
• Prepare post‑retrofit M&V reports and review project performance.
• Liaise with Operations Management, ESCO teams, and entities to resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years experience in a solar technical role or similar energy‑sector position.
• Preferred CEM, CEA or CMVP certification.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of building retrofits and savings estimation.
