OE Sales Manager – Centrifugal Pumps

About the role

Mansol Manpower Solutions is looking for a dynamic, technically proficient OE Sales Manager to lead and grow the Original Equipment sales of centrifugal pumps in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has a strong background in rotating equipment (API 610 pumps), proven sales leadership experience and a track record managing large industrial projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power.

Key responsibilities

• Sales strategy and execution: develop and run a sales strategy for API 610 centrifugal pumps, identify new customers and markets, and achieve assigned sales targets and market share growth.
• Business development: lead technical and commercial discussions with EPCs, OEMs, consultants and end-users, and manage long-cycle sales including tendering, RFQs, technical clarifications and contract negotiation.
• Customer relationship management: build relationships with major end users in the region and other static accounts, and hold regular customer visits, technical presentations and business reviews.
• Project coordination: work with application engineering, proposal, execution and service teams to deliver quotations and project commitments on time, and support contract execution through proper handover.
• Market intelligence and reporting: monitor market trends, competitors and pricing, and report regularly on pipeline status, forecasts and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (Master's is a plus).
• 15+ years of experience in rotating equipment (centrifugal pumps), including at least 5 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
• In-depth knowledge of OEMs, engineering standards and specifications (API 610).
• Fluency in English.
• Preferred: experience with OEMs such as Sulzer, Flowserve, ITT, KSB, Trillum Pumps or Sundyne.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office suite.
