Offensive Cybersecurity Consultant (VAPT)

About the role

Help AG is seeking a talented Offensive Cybersecurity Consultant to deliver vulnerability assessment and penetration testing services across a variety of platforms. You will work on web, mobile, and infrastructure projects, helping clients strengthen their security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests following Help AG’s methodology.
• Populate the knowledge base with new techniques, attacks, and zero‑day findings.
• Update penetration‑testing guidelines with newly discovered attacks and procedures.
• Attend technical meetings with customers and present findings.
• Research emerging threats and conduct independent security assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or MSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience as a penetration tester.
• Strong knowledge of web‑based programming and technical writing.
• OSCP or OSCE certification (SANS certifications are a plus).
• Creative problem‑solving, fast learning, and strong teamwork skills.
