Officer - Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner Officer will join Almosafer’s finance team to improve reporting efficiency, deliver actionable insights, and support business planning cycles. This analytical role works closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive financial performance and foster a data‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support month‑end closing activities and deliver insights on revenue, demand, costs, and campaign performance.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles, collecting and consolidating data from business units.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing high‑quality deliverables and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
• Participate in automation, standardisation, and improvement of recurring reports and dashboards.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests and maintain data models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, reporting, or analytical roles.
• Progress toward professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles.
