Offshore Operation Manager

About the role

Bahri Enterprise is looking for an Offshore Operation Manager to oversee daily offshore support vessel (OSV) operations, ensuring safety, compliance and operational efficiency across ports, crew changes and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily OSV operations, including port clearance, crew changes and offshore logistics.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of EPC vessels, rigs and barges with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco HSE standards, marine guidelines, PTW systems and relevant regulations.
• Monitor vessel readiness, crew competence and manpower deployment to maintain continuity.
• Review operational, incident and compliance reports, escalating risks and non‑conformities.
• Support project planning through marine resource allocation and contingency planning.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and coordination meetings.
• Act as primary escalation point for offshore operational issues and emergencies.
• Participate in audits, inspections and client reviews to uphold compliance and excellence.
• Evaluate supplier and service provider performance and recommend improvements.
• Resolve operational issues with vessels, cargo and authorities efficiently.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and compliance with contractual KPIs.
• Handle client complaints, implement corrective actions and measure satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, port authorities and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing offshore or marine operations teams.
• Ability to develop, monitor and control departmental budgets and financial performance.
• Experience in strategy implementation, continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of offshore logistics, port clearance procedures and crew change processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
