One Identity Manager Administrator

About the role

ExeQut is seeking a mid‑level One Identity Manager Administrator to join its consulting team. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the One Identity Manager platform, ensuring reliable identity lifecycle services for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer One Identity Manager in production and non‑production environments.
• Manage user provisioning, de‑provisioning, role assignments and access request workflows.
• Support joiner, mover, and leaver processes and perform account reconciliations and access reviews.
• Monitor and troubleshoot synchronization, provisioning, and workflow issues.
• Work with connectors, application integrations and directory services such as Active Directory.
• Perform routine platform maintenance, configuration changes and issue resolution.
• Participate in incident, request and problem management within SLA timelines.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs and runbooks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security and application owners on IAM‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or similar support roles.
• Hands‑on experience administering One Identity Manager.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• One Identity Manager certification is a plus; additional IAM or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
