OpenText Administrator – Full‑time (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The OpenText Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the OpenText xECM platform within TCS’s Saudi Arabia operations. The role involves ensuring system stability, handling upgrades, and integrating with enterprise applications such as SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities

• Install, cluster, apply service pack updates and perform release upgrades of OpenText xECM.
• Monitor system health, background jobs, logs and conduct performance tuning.
• Provide L2/L3 incident support, troubleshoot issues and fulfill service requests.
• Configure and support xECM integrations with SAP S/4HANA, create repositories and manage daily operational tasks.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions and security policies.
• Configure and maintain OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and Single Sign‑On (SSO) solutions.
• Support OpenText xECM integration with SuccessFactors and handle related installation and upgrade activities.

Required profile

• Strong experience with OpenText xECM administration and upgrades.
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Familiarity with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and SSO configurations.
• Experience supporting enterprise integrations, particularly with SuccessFactors.
