Operations & Admin Lead (Dammam)

About the role

The Operations & Admin Lead is the primary point of contact for customers needing field service and workshop support across Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate service activities, manage work orders, schedule resources and ensure smooth communication between customers, field teams, workshop staff and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main customer contact for service inquiries, repair requests, maintenance activities and status updates.
• Receive, review and process service requests, creating and managing work orders in company systems.
• Schedule resources, monitor service progress and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding schedules, repair progress and any changes.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate workshop and field service teams to meet service performance objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of relevant experience in field service or workshop coordination.
• Mechanically minded with a multi‑skill background, preferably in oil & gas environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
