Operations and Maintenance Engineer

About the role

White Spaces is looking for a proactive Operations and Maintenance Engineer to manage the upkeep of all its locations. The role focuses on ensuring HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems operate reliably while coordinating contractors and maintaining health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple branches.
• Monitor the performance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical installations.
• Manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and produce technical reports.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all activities meet health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance and operations, preferably in commercial buildings or co‑working spaces.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and prepare technical documentation.
