Operations Director – Saudi Arabia Plant

About the role

The Operations Director will lead the Saudi Arabia plant, shaping and executing the corporate strategy to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable production. Reporting to senior leadership, this role carries full accountability for plant performance, results and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the corporate strategy for the Saudi Arabia plant.
• Provide strategic leadership with full accountability for plant operations and results.
• Oversee CAPEX planning, execution and ownership of efficiency projects.
• Drive operational excellence, safety, quality and cost‑effectiveness across all production functions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align plant activities with global objectives.

Required profile

• Technical university degree.
• Very good language skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven production management experience in Saudi Arabia.
