Operations Manager – Coffee & Specialty Coffee (Riyadh)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise daily activities across multiple coffee and specialty‑coffee retail locations in Riyadh. The role demands a hands‑on leader who can drive efficiency, maintain high product quality, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of several coffee shop outlets, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Implement and uphold operational standards, quality control, and service excellence across all branches.
• Monitor store performance, sales trends, and operational KPIs to boost productivity and profitability.
• Guarantee consistent coffee quality in line with specialty‑coffee standards.
• Lead, train, and manage store managers and operational teams to achieve high performance.
• Optimise inventory management, supply‑chain coordination, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Develop strategies to improve customer experience and strengthen brand reputation.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth and expansion plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of operations management experience in the coffee, café, or specialty‑coffee industry.
• Proven track record managing multiple outlets or café branches.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
