Operations Manager – Events & Activations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily activities for events, exhibitions, shopper marketing and activation projects across the KSA market. You will work closely with the Senior Manager – KSA and the UAE head office to ensure seamless brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operational management of events, exhibitions, activations and retail experiences in KSA.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and on‑ground execution to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, suppliers, venues and internal teams to fulfil project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, supervise on‑site setup and verify operational readiness and brand compliance.
• Prepare job briefs, work orders, checklists and post‑event reports.
• Manage inventory, event materials and logistics including transport, storage and on‑site movement.
• Track project milestones, flag risks early and support financial processes such as vendor quotations, purchase orders and basic cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in events, exhibitions, activations or operations management within the GCC, preferably agency‑side.
• Strong coordination, organisational and multitasking abilities with a hands‑on problem‑solving approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within KSA for events and project requirements.
