About the role

The Operations Manager leads the organization’s day‑to‑day activities, ensuring that processes run efficiently and align with strategic goals. This senior‑level position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex challenges into actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure they support the company’s mission.
• Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to boost efficiency.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to create operational plans that align with business objectives.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives, championing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to meet strategic targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of operations‑management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
