Operations Manager – Low Voltage Manufacturing

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day activities at alfanar’s low‑voltage manufacturing plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
• Allocate human and equipment resources efficiently and manage staffing levels.
• Oversee quality control processes and collaborate with the quality team.
• Identify and execute process‑improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing principles.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, enforce budget discipline and drive cost‑saving measures.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance across the facility.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain teams to secure raw‑material availability.
• Lead, develop and motivate manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6–10 years of experience in operations, production planning or manufacturing management.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
