About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager – Saudi National to lead DNV’s operations in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving business growth, managing contracts, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure projects comply with DNV standards, policies, procedures and Saudi legislation.
- Collaborate with global and regional service line leaders to deliver integrated services.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of professionals.
- Generate regular reports on performance, customer satisfaction and market trends.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure requirements are met.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance and negotiating terms.
Required profile
- Saudi national with experience in customer relationship and operations management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulations and DNV standards.
