About the role
Mowah is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities at its Jeddah facility. You will coordinate staff, monitor workflow, and ensure that operational standards are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor team performance and address any issues promptly.
- Enforce company procedures and operational standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet operational requirements.
- Prepare reports on performance and workflow efficiency.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience in an operational setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to monitor employee performance.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
