Operations Support – Kitchen Specialist

About the role

You will provide excellent and consistent service to customers as a Kitchen Specialist, supporting the Engineering Department and other operating areas within the hotel. The role focuses on maintaining optimal kitchen equipment and systems, promptly addressing technical issues, and ensuring overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service kitchen equipment and related systems.
• Address technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Support the Engineering Department in daily operations.
• Collaborate with other operating departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and assist with special projects.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Management.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and special projects.
• Technical understanding of kitchen equipment, ventilation, refrigeration, fire main, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, and hydraulics.
