Order Taker – Saudi National (Full-time)

About the role

The Order Taker is responsible for accurately receiving, processing and coordinating guest food and beverage orders for FAENA at the Red Sea resort. The role ensures seamless communication between guests and kitchen or service teams, delivering prompt and high‑quality service in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and record guest food and beverage orders via phone, in‑room dining system, or other service channels.
• Enter orders correctly into the ordering system, including guest details, preferences, and special requests.
• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and service teams and monitor order status to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Confirm order details with guests, handle inquiries, complaints and upsell menu items where appropriate.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service, call centre, food & beverage or hotel operations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS or hotel ordering systems.
• Computer literacy for using ordering software.
