Outlet Manager

About the role

The Outlet Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of one of SLS The Red Sea’s signature venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial performance in a luxury lifestyle setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the outlet team to deliver elevated, dynamic guest experiences aligned with SLS brand standards.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, building relationships with guests, regular patrons, and VIPs.
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including coordination of floor, bar, and support areas.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs to meet business demand and budget targets.
• Drive revenue through upselling, menu engineering, seat utilization and promotional events.
• Control operational costs via inventory management, ordering, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with engineering, housekeeping and other hotel departments to uphold luxury standards.
• Monitor performance metrics such as sales, labor cost and cost of goods, reporting to F&B leadership.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years senior leadership experience in luxury restaurant operations.
• Proven ability to lead large teams in high‑volume, high‑profile hospitality environments.
