Outside Sales Engineer – Hydraulic & Industrial Solutions

About the role

Al Kaabi Industrial Services Co. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Engineer to promote its hydraulic and industrial solutions across the Eastern Province and other Saudi Arabian markets. The role is field‑focused, requiring frequent customer visits, quotation preparation, and order closure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the industrial sector.
• Conduct regular field visits to factories, workshops, project sites and contractors.
• Generate inquiries, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Negotiate terms, close orders and follow up on deliveries, customer satisfaction and collections.
• Collaborate with technical and workshop teams to recommend suitable products and services.
• Maintain activity records in the company’s CRM/ERP system and monitor market trends and competitors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hydraulics, hydraulic hoses, fittings, industrial hoses or related equipment.
• Proven track record in outside/field sales and new‑business development.
• Strong technical understanding of hydraulic and industrial products.
• Ability to work independently, travel extensively within the region and build lasting customer relationships.
