PACS Administrator (Junior/Senior)

About the role

The PACS Administrator will oversee the technical operation of RIS/PACS systems and related integrations across designated Fakeeh Care entities. The role ensures system reliability, performs preventive maintenance, and provides end‑user support for radiology and hospital information applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical issues affecting RIS/PACS servers, integrations, workstations, and physician referral portals.
• Conduct daily preventive maintenance and schedule periodic upgrades with Siemens.
• Maintain user lists for radiologists, technicians, receptionists, typists, and clinicians.
• Ensure daily backups, tape changes, and synchronization of High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.
• Provide basic support for HIS, email, antivirus, internet, and desktop applications.
• Install and configure hardware (computers, printers, access points, peripherals) and software, including Windows OS and desktop applications.
• Assess user needs, produce assessment reports, and demonstrate new equipment and procedures to staff.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of PACS administration experience for junior level or minimum 3 years for senior level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent oral and written English; Arabic preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIIP or PACS Administrator Certification are highly desirable.
