Paid Media Specialist – Google, Meta & TikTok

About the role

We are seeking a Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist to design, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns for international brands. Working remotely from Saudi Arabia, you will combine analytical thinking with creative strategy to drive performance and maximise ROI across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Develop performance‑marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including audience targeting and optimisation plans.
• Research, build and refine audience segments for prospecting, remarketing and conversion‑focused campaigns.
• Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages, and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Manage advertising budgets, track spend, and recommend adjustments to maximise ROI and ROAS.
• Configure and monitor conversion tracking (pixels, events, attribution) across platforms.
• Analyse key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, impressions and reach.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid advertising campaigns for brands, e‑commerce or lead‑generation.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of paid‑media strategy, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Experience managing budgets and improving performance through data analysis.
