Paper Sales Manager

About the role

The Paper Sales Manager will drive international growth by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing relationships across the paper and pulp supply chain. This role focuses on expanding market presence, delivering sales targets, and supporting sustainable business development for our global clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new overseas customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Gather and analyse upstream and downstream market information, expand the network of overseas suppliers, and conduct market research.
• Provide strategic guidance on business sustainability, align corporate development strategies with customer needs, and deepen supply‑chain service collaborations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the paper industry, preferably with a global paper mill or leading local distributor.
• Fluent English for business communication and willingness to travel internationally.
• Strong motivation to develop new markets, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and a responsible work ethic.
