Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Partnerships Manager will lead the development and execution of Qiddiya’s commercial partnership ecosystem, driving visibility, bookings and revenue across travel trade, tourism boards, airlines, hospitality brands and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with destination objectives.
• Design tiered partnership models, commercial frameworks and co‑marketing programs.
• Identify, evaluate and secure new partnership opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Lead end‑to‑end negotiations, including proposal creation, contract execution and activation planning.
• Maintain a robust partnership pipeline using CRM tools to track opportunities and performance.
• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 partner relationships, ensuring alignment on commercial targets and joint initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Events teams to deliver joint campaigns, destination showcases and trade activations.
• Oversee familiarisation (FAM) programmes, partner training and trade education platforms.
• Represent Qiddiya at international travel trade exhibitions and industry forums.
• Monitor partnership metrics, ROI and pipeline progress, providing insights to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop the Partnerships team to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development or commercial sales within travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong track record of negotiating and closing strategic agreements.
• Experience managing multi‑stakeholder relationships and delivering joint commercial programmes.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
